View contact and insurance information
Enter and/or change pharmacy information
Enter your past medical history
Add/Edit/Delete current medications
Provide information about allergies
Problem List – allows you to view information about your diagnosis
Test Results – view any test or lab that was performed or ordered, and see the results once they are available.
